Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment with precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards at all times.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for carrier delivery accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and optimize productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak operational hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
