Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders within the designated timeframe using RF scanners.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems under supervision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and strictly OSHA compliant.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible hours.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
