Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming logistics and customer support requests during night hours.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification to ensure 100% accuracy in our records.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and security protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo while strictly adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor when communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation is essential for night shift employees.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
