As a Weekend Night Shift Associate, you'll provide exceptional patient care during critical overnight hours when services are most vital. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications per physician orders
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during night hours
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LVN license required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday)
