Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Perform inventory audits and stock reconciliation during overnight hours
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Document operational metrics using digital tracking systems
- Respond to equipment malfunctions and initiate maintenance protocols
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work environment in high-volume areas
- Train new associates on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with WMS software experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to North Columbus facility
- Flexibility to work Friday-Sunday nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
