Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock checks, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets safety regulations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we teach you everything.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
