Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and safely.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies.
- Train new hires on warehouse equipment and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare accurate reports on daily productivity and inventory variance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Must be available to work weekends, including occasional holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
