Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and order fulfillment during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, scanners)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow continuity
- Conduct quality checks and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Respond to urgent operational issues with proactive problem-solving
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS systems
