Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all outgoing orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
