Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations in EHR systems
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and medication administration
- Collaborate with night-shift nurses and physicians on care plans
- Maintain sterile exam rooms and medical equipment
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Availability for Friday-Sunday nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Background check and drug screen required
