Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and customer support to end-users via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the core team to identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in training junior staff members during slower periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support).
- Must be available to work weekends without conflict.
