Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations and team performance during weekend shifts
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control protocols
- Implement safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and best practices
- Generate shift reports and optimize workflow processes
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational continuity
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/supervisory roles
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Forklift certification and warehouse management system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
