Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise weekend night shift operations (Saturday-Sunday, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage team performance through real-time coaching and workflow optimization
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven decision-making tools
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Inventory management and quality control verification
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules
