Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage a team of 5-10 employees, conducting shift briefings and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile daily stock reports with the weekday team.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to coordinate workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipping discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with some flexibility for overtime.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
