As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly while enjoying the distinct advantage of a Monday-to-Friday free weekend.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise to ensure timely distribution.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Ensure all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) preferred.
