Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed during night shifts.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to quality control standards and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation is required.
