Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure proper packaging.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Data Entry: Use handheld scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team leads with daily operational goals and tasks.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
