Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure timely distribution and maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors entering the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning equipment with precision and care.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and managing storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning software quickly.
