Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure all weekend targets are met efficiently.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the weekday shift team to facilitate a seamless transition of tasks and information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients via phone and email.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock organization to maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to improve weekend workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
