Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, receiving, and dispatching of goods on weekends.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to update workflow processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but we offer training.
