Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the weekend team to restock essential supplies and materials.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying documentation and ensuring proper labeling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of processes.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Flexibility to work varying weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
