Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selection to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash and credit card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
