Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and manage replenishment processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards on the warehouse floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service ratings.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong computer proficiency and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous logistics, warehousing, or operations experience is preferred but not required.
