Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows and logistics protocols with precision and efficiency.
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Monday-Friday shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and continuity of service.
- Perform accurate data entry, inventory checks, and system updates to maintain up-to-date records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected challenges typical of weekend operations.
- Identify potential process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
