Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments during peak weekend hours.
- Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
- Inventory Control: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free workspace for the team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Problem Solving: Address operational bottlenecks and resolve customer issues on the spot.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
