Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational procedures to ensure efficient workflow during weekend shifts.
- Manage and organize inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly performance and productivity goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior logistics or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
