Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct daily briefings and end-of-shift reviews to track performance metrics.
- Ensure all safety protocols, inventory checks, and opening/closing procedures are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for weekend sales and operational growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar supervisory role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to start immediately upon hiring.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
