Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Train and mentor 5-7 weekend staff members
- Implement visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Manage inventory counts and replenishment processes
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare end-of-shift sales and activity reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Flexible weekend availability (mandatory Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual preferred
