Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend staff, ensuring peak productivity and safety standards
- Optimize logistics processes to meet 99% weekend delivery targets for Philadelphia metro area
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekday-weekend handovers
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for weekend operational efficiency
- Conduct daily performance reviews and maintain accurate operational documentation
- Manage weekend inventory reconciliation and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/operations management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership record with team sizes of 10+ employees
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high communication standards
- Philadelphia PA residency required for immediate response times
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment operations preferred
