Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor weekend staff of 15+ team members
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service excellence
- Generate weekend performance reports and analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in operations/supply chain management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
- OSHA certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license required
- College degree in logistics/business management preferred
