Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate weekend logistics and supply replenishment.
- Conduct regular facility security audits and safety inspections.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly operational reports to management.
- Lead team briefings and facilitate effective shift handovers.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Operations is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics.
- Proven ability to work flexible weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
