Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics during weekend operations
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Lead cross-functional teams of 3-5 weekend associates
- Execute quality control checks for high-value shipments
- Utilize WMS software to optimize weekend workflows
- Document all operational activities with precision
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years logistics or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Availability for every Saturday/Sunday shift
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
