Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during Friday through Sunday shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Lead, train, and support a small team of associates on weekends.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct daily quality checks to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory software is a plus.
