Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow during weekend shifts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Quality Control: Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality before they leave the facility.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges immediately to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
