Responsibilities
- Efficient Operations: Safely and accurately load, unload, and stage shipments to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform regular stock counts.
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery in compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before storage or shipment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent full-time basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk across various surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
