Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Manage inventory counts and stock reconciliation with high accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of associates during peak hours.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) as required.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
