Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to identify workflow improvements.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift certification (if available, otherwise on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
