Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on products to meet company standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
