Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory within the facility.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments while maintaining precise stock records and documentation.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure optimal workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory software, handheld scanners, or data entry is a plus.
