Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders in a timely manner using warehouse management systems.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely handle freight and pallets during inbound and outbound operations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Keep the Workspace Organized: Ensure aisles are clear and the warehouse remains clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
