As a Weekend Operations Supervisor, you will be the face of our facility during our critical peak times. You will manage a team of logistics professionals, ensure operational excellence, and drive efficiency across all weekend activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and quality control for Friday through Sunday shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of logistics associates to ensure optimal productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints efficiently during shift hours.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to foster team growth.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Monday team for seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex schedules.
- Must be available to work 100% of weekend shifts (Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
