Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure production targets are met.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate necessary maintenance.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and review shift reports to track productivity and efficiency metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday).
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
