Apex Tech Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Weekend Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. This is an immediate hire opportunity for individuals seeking flexible weekend hours and a chance to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a problem-solver who can manage support tickets and ensure client satisfaction during our peak weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and track all IT support tickets using the service desk software.
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and inventory system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
