Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for weekend operations.
- Log and track all technical tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of office equipment and peripherals.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff members.

Qualifications
