Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain product availability and visual appeal.
- Organize and clean store aisles, fitting rooms, and high-traffic areas to uphold high standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events and drive sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a weekly basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
