Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharge processes on weekends
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and clinical teams
- Handle emergency triage and urgent care coordination
- Conduct weekend patient follow-ups and satisfaction surveys
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Collaborate with on-call physicians to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
