Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and medical documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families during weekend hours
- Coordinate weekend staffing schedules and patient flow logistics

Qualifications
