Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Enter customer data and service records into our CRM systems with precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
