Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and processing merchandise deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention standards.

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
