Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is handled with care and transported to the correct storage locations.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to all quality and safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
